Ground Beef Stroganoff

1 ½ pounds of lean ground beef or ground turkey

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt (usually just a pinch)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup chopped onion

¼ cup butter

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Combine meat, flour, salt, and pepper.

Cook onion in butter until golden in large skillet.

Add meat and brown while mixing.

Add cream of mushroom soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and cook for 5 minutes or until heated.

We usually serve over egg noodles but you could do rice too!
